Company 01
The company the group was built on. Established in Dharmapuri in 2013 as an authorised John Deere dealer, SMT supports farmers with modern machinery, genuine parts and expert guidance.
Tractors from 28 to 75 HP, combine harvesters and a full range of implements — sold from three showrooms and serviced by technicians who work the same soil as the customer.
02 — Construction
Company 02
SMACE was trademarked in 2017, the same year the group was appointed Case Construction dealer across nine districts — a step from farm machinery into heavy earthmoving.
Excavators, bulldozers, backhoe loaders and vibratory compactors, backed by a service network built for project timelines rather than showroom hours.
03 — Automotive & Electric
Company 03
Formed in 2024 as TVS Motor main dealer for the Hosur region, ZYRA MotoNest carries the group into two-wheelers and electric mobility.
The full TVS range — mopeds, scooters, motorcycles and electric models — alongside world-class service facilities and the same after-sales commitment that carried the group through a decade of tractors.
04 — Electric Mobility

Established in 2026 as the authorised Euler dealer for Hosur, Zyra Motors extends the group's mobility footprint into electric commercial vehicles.
Built for fleet operators and daily business use, with support that keeps last-mile movement dependable after the sale.
Group structure
Agricultural machinery and outdoor power equipment. Authorised John Deere dealer, with VST power tillers and the STIHL range sold from Dharmapuri.
