Our story
Sri Mahalaxmee Group was founded in 2013 in Dharmapuri, Tamil Nadu, with a single authorised John Deere dealership and a straightforward conviction: a machine is only as good as the service standing behind it.
That conviction shaped everything after it. When farmers asked for smaller machines, VST power tillers followed in 2018. When construction demand grew, the group earned a Case Construction appointment across nine districts. When mobility shifted, ZYRA MotoNest opened as TVS main dealer for Hosur, and Zyra Motors followed in 2026 as an authorised Euler dealer. Each step was a response to what the region actually needed.
Thirteen years on, the group serves agriculture, construction, automotive, electric mobility and outdoor power equipment — still from the same district, still run by the same family.

The founder
Saravanan Sivalingam
Founder & Managing Director
Mr.Saravanan Sivalingam brings two decades of experience across the IT and automobile industries to the group he founded in 2013.
Before returning to Dharmapuri, he spent years in Bangalore as a Senior IT Manager — a background that still shows in how the group runs: systems over improvisation, records over memory, and a bias toward measuring what matters. He holds an MSc in Computer Science, completed in 2000.
That discipline is what allowed a single tractor dealership to become four companies across five sectors without losing the thing that made it work in the first place — customers who can reach the person responsible.
Beyond the group, he serves as NRI Wing Secretary for West Dharmapuri District with the DMK, and is a member of the Rotary Club of Hosur Midtown.
